Does Refreshing Move: Light and Heavy attacks reduce your active weapon cooldowns by 2.8% stack with the weapon same ability? Does it even work like if it was in the weapon?

Still drops - Nov. 4, 2022 - patch 1.7.1. There's a youtube video about a year old showing how to get in & you can read the yt comments for tips on using F3 to get through.

If you really want that shield, you can glitch into the area without having a quest

Btw confirmed it drops, took like 4 hours to farm, 2 mins respawn, bring Blight pots.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Cant enter once you complete the quest with the NPC, so just dont complete the quest. 4Head
