Believe it has been taken out of the game. Not update to UI about it being take away from 91 to 90.

Was removed from the game but not the chapter itself... hopefully they will fix this!

I believe this was just removed in the 1.9.4 update, but they didn't subtract needing if from the 'Tales of Windsward' achievement. Oy vey.
Where can this lore page be found?
To be able to move again after attempting to read this lore page you can recall to house and then cancel recall. /unstuck won't work
Appears to be bugged still and even though you can interact with it you can't read it and your character will get stuck in animation.
